Silky Falls

Silky Falls is a simple yet elegant black and white, the delicate wispy grasses and rambunctious falls add to the contrast. Some images and compositions just work for an individual’s particular style of photography. It is interesting how we each have our own looks or styles we enjoy, waterfalls are no different.  Some like a silky look as I do, some like capturing individual droplets or some degree in between, as my grandmother use to say to each their own.

All of our images are taken with professional equipment, pro D-SLR bodies and lenses. These camera bodies have sensors designed to maximize image quality and the lenses produce the sharpest images. We use these tools to produce RAW image files. RAW images are similar to negatives or positives (slides) from the days of film. RAW files give photographers the ability to create images based on their interpretation of the scene. Fusing our artistic interpretation and the natural beauty of the scene is how we create our works of art.
